Sometimes, we get lucky. Sometimes, we get serendipitous moments where we work with people who work well with one another. Today, I got lucky during Ryan and Amanda’s engagement shoot.
What started as a nervously-planned rush for last-minute engagement photos turned into a smooth sailing evening in the park.
Amanda and Ryan fit together like peanut butter and jelly, or Johnny & June. They just have something about them that makes every moment working with them seem magical, honestly.
Whether it’s watching them smack mosquitos off of one another while they wade in the river, or watching them practice their first dance, they are just as sweet as cherry pie.
There’s no other way to describe their relationship other than something like gravity. When one of them moves, the other shifts as well, even in the most subtle ways. It’s the way they smirk at one another, or crack jokes in between shots, and it is everything they do, honestly, and there’s no way to not love it.
I cannot wait to see these two’s photos from what I’m assuming will be a fairytale of a wedding! So much love for them.
